I just finished reading HBP last night and desperately needed cheering up. I needed to see a good Snape. An in-love Snape. A Snape who has at least a small chance of making it out alive and with his soul intact. I've read this several times, as it's a WIP, but the updates are pretty regular (about two a month). Beauty part is that the HG/SS romance is built right into Agapi, by Lone Butterfly:

Summary: At midnight of the day of Albus Dumbledore's funeral memory charms begin to fade on Hermione Granger. Why were they put there? Why is our favorite werewolf so interested? And why won't Harry quit pouting? This story begins about ten minutes after HBP ends.
