Finally re-reading HBP today

Okay, I still have one foot on the solid ground of canon, but the rest of me is pretty well settled in the less-stable boat of conjecture.
We've seen JKR do the anagram thing, with "Tom Marvolo Riddle" being rearranged to become "I am Lord Voldemort." An anagram for "Irma Pince" is "I'm a Prince." And then we get a far more detailed description of a supporting character than we've ever had before, in chapter fifteen: "[T]he vulturelike countenance of Madam Pince appeared around the corner, her sunken cheeks, her skin like parchment, her long hooked nose illuminated unflatteringly ..." Gee. Who else have we seen in the books who is described like this? And it isn't just that she's described as ugly, it's that the description of her is very similar to how Severus Snape has been described for years. Also, it doesn't contradict the description of Gobstones-Team Captain Eileen Prince: "[S]he looked simultaneously cross and sullen, with heavy brows and a long, pallid face."
It's a stretch, and I'm not completely sold, but I'm really starting to wonder if Madam Pince is Mama Snape.
Thoughts? Wanna tear into me? Or are you relieved that someone else thinks so, too?
