It's raining right now, and while I don't have a window to the outside world, I can hear the cars splashing through the parking lot, and when it rains hard, I hear the rain on the roof. It's a good day for comfort food, cats, pajamas, a sofa, and a good book, none of which I have access to at the moment, but hey. I've still got the rain to listen to.

One of my librarians submitted an expense report to me today. One of the items he's getting compensation for was purchase in March of 2006. It's only a few dollars, so it isn't worth making a fuss over, but perhaps I should introduce some basic Generally Accepted Accounting Principles to my co-workers in the next staff meeting.
