Here's a meme ganked from
bonsaibetz:
Name three CDs or other recordings that you own that you think no on else on your flist does:
1) Riverdance soundtrack -- there's some good Celtic music there, though I usually skip over the tracks that include the taps
2) American Graffiti soundtrack -- bought it to practice with my dance partner, so we could enter a swing contest, and I still listen to it on a regular basis. There's some fabulous rock 'n roll from the 50s and early 60s there
3) American Flyers soundtrack -- it took me months to find the damn thing on eBay
Name three books that you own that you think no one else on your flist does:
1) Help! My Apartment Has a Kitchen! -- a cookbook for novices
2) Eleanor of Aquitaine by Alison Weir -- a biography
3) a first edition of Gone with the Wind
Name three films that you own that you think no one else on your flist does:
1) Twelfth Night -- see icon; many folks have Kenneth and Emma's version of Much Ado, but this isn't as well-known
2) War of the Worlds -- the original, with Gene Barry and Anne Robinson
3) Trader Horn -- but that's because my great-aunt Connie was one of the stars (Edwina Booth)
Name three places that you’ve visited that you think no one else on your flist has:
1) Morro Bay, California -- Okay, I know
bambu345 has been through there on her way to Cambria, but as she prefers Cambria to Morro Bay, I'm listing it anyway
2) Orcas Island, Washington State -- the largest of the San Juan Islands northwest of Seattle
3) Antelope Island, Utah -- the biggest island on the Great Salt Lake
Name one piece of technology or some sort of tool that you have that you think no one else on your flist has:
a little battery-powered guitar tuner
