*headdesk*
Feb. 18th, 2008 07:46 pmWhile driving around during my lunch, I came up behind a car with a personalized license plate and a personalized license plate frame. The plate itself indicated that the owner of the SUV was female and Sicilian (condensed into seven characters).
The frame said,
AMERICAN BORN
ITALIAN BREAD
Is there something special about Italian bread? Is it particularly yummy? I'm trying to think of a way that this could be deliberate, and I'm drawing a blank. I think she just doesn't know how to spell.

Feb. 18th, 2008 08:30 pmOf course, I disparage someone who doesn't know the difference between the words "bread" and "bred," but I discovered an example of my own folly today. ( Hobby ranting. This is really boring, actually: )
