keladry_lupinEveryone else has done it, and I've miraculously missed being tagged by anyone, but I'm doing it anyway: the "list seven habits/quirks/facts about yourself" meme.

bluestocking79:) I cannot complete any but the simplest crossword puzzles. SuDoku I really enjoy, though if it's rated difficult or diabolical, I usually give up when I feel my head is about to explode. But crosswords? Anything harder than the ones in People magazine, and I'm stumped. (I cannot believe I just confessed that.)
2. When all the little girls my age wanted to be princesses, they all thought of Snow White or Cinderella. Dainty and missish. I wanted to be a princess, too ... Wonder Woman was an Amazon princess, after all. Leia Organa was a princess, too. I wanted to be a princess, but in a kick-butt kind of way. (What the hell happened?!)
3. I have about thirty pairs of earrings ... and I wear the same silver hoops, every single day.
4. If I fancied any actor or celebrity prettier than Alan Rickman or Hugh Laurie, I wouldn't admit it.
5. Even when it's 100 degrees outside, I still bundle up in the office with at least three layers of shirts and/or sweaters and/or scarves ... though that's more a matter of survival than a personality quirk.
6. I like the way brown- and black-haired men look, but when it comes to men I meet and go out with and fancy in RL, they almost always end up being blond- or red-haired. (Except Craig; he's Chinese.) I can't figure it out; I really don't like how blonds or redheads look, but I'm drawn to them anyway. *headdesk*
7. When I walk outside at night, I look around to make sure that I'm not about to get run over by a car, and I make sure that I'm not about to be ambushed. As soon as I've made sure that I'm safe, however, I look for the stars.
