It's all copperbadge's fault. He's blogged twice today about turning his Roomba on and how it's decided to hump his snow boots. Now I want one! I can just see my cats now, pissing themselves with terror as something resembling a horseshoe crab rumbles through the house after them. The adventures of someone and their cats and the new Roomba can be chronicled here. I've been laughing loudly for five minutes.

What kills me is that the makers of Roomba ENCOURAGE the hacking of their little beastie. There are dozens of examples on YouTube.

*looks at dirty floor with dust bunnies in the corners*

I'm saving up for Azkatraz right now, but a Roomba has just become another goal.

Chris and I tried to keep tomorrow's trip to Disneyland a secret from the girls, because if they knew they'd be too excited to sleep. The problem is that I'm too excited to sleep.

(BTW: Boo found out anyway; she overheard me and Chris finalizing a few details last night.)
