Happy news!
May. 23rd, 2007 07:35 pmPapa Lupin called today. I earned an A in my accounting course. Barely. 180 points out of a possible 200. (If I hadn't been there the night of an in-class extra credit group project -- 5 points -- I would have gotten a B for the semester.)
Four As were given, one of them to me and another to my study partner, Lisa. We're both going on to the next accounting course in the fall, and we're both taking Peachtree (an accounting software program) in the spring from Papa Lupin. So she and I will be hanging out sporadically over the summer to keep in touch, and it'll give her some "Me" time. (She's a stay-at-home mom with two boys, and she loves it, but she does need some "Me" time once in a while.)
