Good grief

I can imagine that landing a brick that is kept airborne by a pair of little wings and momentum -- and having ONE try to get it right, because the brick is gliding, not moving under its own power -- must be tough:



Now try landing one of those flying bricks AT NIGHT:



(I was there for two shuttle landings at Edwards Air Force Base in California, including the landing of the first-ever shuttle flight, shown in the first video. I was seven when that first video was taken, and I never get tired of watching launches or landings. Haven't been to Florida for a launch yet, though.)
